Since 31.12.2016 everything is available. According to the contract, the construction period starts one month after all necessary documents are available. Construction period 6 months - means it should be finished by August (plus bad weather days). In the last conversation, he also confirmed this again. And it is supposed to finally start at the beginning of February.

Is it even possible to make a floor slab at the current temperatures? I thought it should be above 0°

So why not relaxed then?

If the contractor postpones the creation of the foundation slab further because of weather reasons, he is being careful with the construction project.
If it were my construction, I wouldn’t stress him or myself - no one benefits from that, especially not the house!

It really does not matter whether it is finished in August or September.
