Bingo!

A little something useful added afterwards:
The nice thing about such a network (cabinet) is that you can simply start with, for example, the Fritzbox and expand everything as needed. Guest LAN with its own VLANs, for instance... I've never needed that and in all these years I've never had a guest who wanted Wi-Fi. And I'm only in my mid-30s. So start very minimally at first, and when you live in the new house, consider what you really need. It already begins with the fact that even tech enthusiasts rarely have more than 8 devices with an Ethernet connection. So why buy such a massive 24-port switch without a need?

Haha.. With us pretty much everyone. Especially when the reception is not so optimal. But even the Fritzbox can do that effortlessly, if you want. 8 Ethernet ports get used up quickly. Keep WLAN as free as possible for everything where LAN doesn't work or is not wanted (notebook, smartphone). TV, "server" (currently TV server, backup for notebooks, local file storage and such), media PC (Intel NUC) with Kodi (Libreelec), AVR for Internet radio and Spotify, PC, access point, firewall, console, all directly on LAN. That's already 8 devices, currently just one apartment. In the house with 2 access points and possibly building systems, KNX in the LAN etc., you're well above 8. "Normal" people put everything on WLAN. But the more devices broadcast, the worse the connection gets for everyone. With LAN you have fewer interferences. You can be (pretty much) sure that if the device isn't loading Netflix or whatever, it’s not because of WLAN.. That’s valuable. A 16-port switch would be practical.. But even with 24... buy once and keep forever. Especially the good brands usually last beyond the usage period. Whether you want 10GB right away.. That will be expensive.

Exactly like that. Here also apartment, 8 port switch full and the rest on WLAN as a backup even though it would be better otherwise. And that doesn’t even include a future kids’ room, which sooner or later will want network because the kid is only four. Future PoE devices not even considered yet. In our project it would be almost foolish not to use at least a 24 port. And yes, I want more. I want a guest network, I want a management network, I want a home network, I want an IoT network. I definitely see a sense and added value. Others don’t. So what?

I would like to refer once again to my recent inquiry about the Cisco switch here in the forum. Active participation desired

No, don't misunderstand my post. You don't have to list all your devices again now. If you can clearly state the requirements like that, then everything is clear, and you can buy suitable devices.

I want to bring up the topic again because I am stuck on one point and cannot make progress. Is there a way to control which devices are assigned an address via DHCP? Specifically, let's take an external access point that is logically connected to the network (whichever one); there could be a DHCP available on this network. How can I prevent a foreign device from connecting to this port, i.e., Layer 1 (cable), making a DHCP request and getting an address even though I do not want that device?
