It is still unclear whether the cable was laid at all in the INSTALLATIONSZONE.
Or?

I wanted to change that and then there was only one point left .... Here again something I wanted to include, a quote from ElektroPraktiker about VDE 0100-701 cables in damp rooms

Preferably, installation from the back should be applied in zone 1. Cables and wiring intended for the supply of other roomsCables and wiring intended for the supply of operating and consumer devices in other rooms must be embedded at a depth of at least 6 cm (remaining wall thickness), measured from the bathroom wall surface (Figure ➓). If this condition is not met, such cable and wiring systems may still be installed inside rooms with bathtubs or showers if one of the following conditions is fulfilled the circuits are protected with additional protection by residual current devices (RCDs) with a rated residual operating current I ΔN ≤ 30 mA and equipped with a continuously connected protective conductor. • The circuits are protected by low voltage using SELV or PELV or by protective separation

I have no idea whether they are protected or not. It's just state of the art, and you said this would be mandatory anyway.

It is different with flat cables:

Use of flat cables. Flat cables may not be installed within rooms with a bathtub or shower up to a depth of 6 cm, measured from the wall surface of the bath.

Maybe the colleague means that.

If the distribution board is built according to the current standard (and I assume that for new construction), then all circuits are protected by RCD (FI).

The current standard also includes lighting circuits, although I don't know any colleague who hasn't already protected them with RCD (FI).

So I wouldn't worry about that now.
