I prefer to save myself the trouble and pay a fair price for all parties from the start.

A high price in itself is not a guarantee of quality – on the other hand, bargain hunting in construction is often a recipe for disaster.

You can trust people who love their job the most in construction. From my point of view, it is rather a problem of "doing and hoping that no one makes a fuss instead of just asking briefly."
