Ah okay, then I understood it correctly. I was just a bit confused because "Weg" is written in the uppermost corner on your drawing.

Our earthworks specialist said he won’t model the terrain significantly; that’s supposed to be done later by the garden landscaper. We had imagined it differently, or it was agreed somewhat differently...

And that is exactly the problem. We already involved garden and landscape specialists and an earthworks specialist before planning so that they could tell us what makes the most sense. We passed that on to the architects, asked again and again, and despite everything, this is what came out. Didn’t the architects feel like doing their job properly? Well, with ours I know for sure, he really had no clue and wasn’t even able to read the development plan correctly...

These gradations are nonsense and only cost unnecessary money. Such a thing is only built in an emergency. I don't see one here. Why do you need an external door in the basement if the entrance is around the corner?

These steps are planned this way with us to simulate soil, since the basement is not allowed to be a lower ground floor, even though it is stated in the development plan. The author has included many, many factually incorrect things, and the builders have to bear the consequences all around now. Do you have an alternative to the steps? The exterior door is there because this area will become a workshop.

If agreements with the parents do not work, I am no longer surprised by the trickle of information only upon request here.

I still do not have a site plan with the marked SM.

The terrace intended in the 3D model in the SW requires massive fill-ups of up to 1.5 - 2 m. Can you get the material cheaply from somewhere?

Fortunately, the OP asked here; we will fix the nonsense.

Well, for the landscape gardener and the general contractor, YOU are the clients and the neighbors do not matter unless it is explicitly included in the contract. What do you think, why do the new development areas look the way they do? Nothing is coordinated there.

I find your way of expressing yourself very presumptuous and arrogant. I feel like you want to complain first, help less. A forum is meant to exchange ideas and get help. It’s a pity that you apparently don’t see it that way and judge immediately instead of helping.

We have thought about a lot in advance, but we are not experts and are building for the first time. So you rely on experts, i.e. earth movers, gardeners and landscapers, and architects. That this was a mistake, we have all unfortunately realized now, but it can’t be changed anymore. I don’t need anyone now who makes accusations here on the internet!

I have already shared a plot plan with the corresponding markings a few posts earlier...
