Of course, someone from the East wants to accuse me of lacking basic knowledge in business administration, all right. ;) I was born in the East myself, I know how things work. That’s the reason why nothing grows in the East, because everyone only lays the foundation and then doesn’t continue. But thanks " ", that was a good answer that supports my suspicion. Then I have to start from the other side and include investments to push both sides forward, that growth and the private desire.
PS: " ", it wasn’t meant badly. I just want to convey to you that I studied business administration and did so successfully. I can do "assets/liabilities". But the calculation should be such that what you have (assets) should increase compared to (liabilities). That’s why the hint about the East. There, assets grow a little above liabilities and stay there. It’s more successful if liabilities are repeatedly invested into assets, so that assets later easily exceed private liabilities. My question was not a basis of business administration, but whether there are other possibilities in the form of bonds, which, however, was unanimously commented here as not existing. Thanks for the answers and with that I close the post.
