Congratulations!

Sounds great and the [GU] also seems to be a real stroke of luck. :)

Thank you so much ♥

Since yesterday the plasterer has finished with us. The bathrooms and garage got a different plaster. In the living room, one wall was left open, there will be a lightweight wall put in front of it. Otherwise, there would have been an angled corner right in the living room because the water pipe comes down there. And when I realized that, I was very unhappy. Luckily, our main contractor was able to fix it again. We are getting a straight wall there now, but we will lose a bit of living space in the living room. But I much prefer that to such an ugly angle in the corner, I find those things extremely ugly. I am also traumatized from the first house in that regard. :D

I always find such shell construction photos a bit strange. When you know how it will look finished later. You can hardly imagine it somehow. :D
We were also totally amazed at how the garage looks. It already looks so nice and feels so "finished". Even though the floor is still missing and probably a ceiling will be added. Originally, we only had a carport in the contract and no garage because the price difference was too high for us. But our builder did quite a bit that makes it look very much like a garage. Built up, roof on, windows in, plastered... He’s also preparing for a door. Basically, we would only need to invest 3-4k for a door, and then I see no reason why we shouldn't call our carport a "garage". =)

Now we’re not allowed to enter the house for a while because the work on the underfloor heating has started. If everything goes well, the screed should be in by Easter at the latest. Then after drying, it’s on to the final sprint.

Great. The "Carport" really looks great, and definitely like a garage. :D

What are those red hoses on the ceiling?

The red ones are for the controlled residential ventilation. And the white ones coming out of the living room wall are for the air conditioning.
