The HAR has been occupied by technical equipment since this week. Is it usual for pipelines to be laid so carefully? My husband and I have been admiring it since yesterday. It definitely appeals to the inner Monk in us. =)
Additionally, we apparently received a buffer tank. Our builder is always good for a surprise. =)

Why are there two such large tanks, did you perhaps get a buffer installed (disaster) That would be the first time your general contractor is disappointed. The installation, however, looks very neat.

w0t? Are you new here?

A buffer tank in series on the return is not so bad. In principle, however, a buffer tank in new buildings with underfloor heating is usually bad for efficiency. I wouldn't call it a disaster, even if you have now spent the 1000 "for nothing".

Please check whether the buffer tank is connected in series. The installed bypass valve should also be designed for high pressures, not just, for example, 300 mbar max.

The buffer looks very large for a discharge protector....

To be honest, I never really dealt with the buffer topic. We didn't have one in the old house, and in fact, we never talked about having one beforehand, so we are also surprised. But why should it be bad for efficiency? In theory, it should reduce inverter starts, right? We also want to do quite a bit of photovoltaics, so it would make sense, wouldn't it? We only spent money on it indirectly. :D I accepted the house price as it was, without knowing we would get it.
