I would especially make sure that after the frame, you don’t start once with a full pattern and once with a half pattern ... like in the photo where you suggested the installation. And then the variant with a frame that is wider in one place would be an option.

Maybe I would only do the red-marked area with a simple frame and the wood flooring there. It depends on what kind of furnishing you plan on the right side. Maybe an umbrella stand or floor vase or something similar for the orange area.
