Hello everyone,
we have some progress pictures again. :)
The roof is on, the scaffolding has been taken down for now. This way you can see a bit better what's going on.
The windows are supposed to arrive next week, I'm really looking forward to that. At the moment, some work is being done on the façade and the foundations behind the house for climate & heating are being poured.
After the installation of the windows, the rough-in plumbing and electrical installations will follow. After that, screed / heating is planned. From then on, a handover date can also be scheduled.
Our site manager said that after the windows, we should expect a few weeks of standstill. Christmas/ company holidays/ inventory etc. And for the screed, we’ll also depend a bit on luck with the weather, as it probably only works if there’s no frost.

House from the front – by the way, the one on the left is our "carport". :D At the back, a window with bars will be installed, and if we invest a bit more money in a gate, I would almost want to call it a garage. ^^

View from the side. Below is the 3-meter-wide window for the kitchen.

Panorama window with a view, a fixed glazing will be installed here. It is exactly opposite the front door.

Progress is being made. The windows are in, almost all of them by now. :) I’m glad we chose the muntins. I find it cozy, I really like it. Right now, there are still a few minor decisions to make. Which window sills, and whether we want Satinato or clear glass in the side door. And whether we want muntins there too. The side door leads to the garage, and we don’t yet know when we will install a gate there. That’s why I’m considering Satinato, because otherwise it’s too easy to look into the living space. Otherwise, I would prefer clear glass.

Clear glass and a foil on top if needed. It is cheaper and you are flexible.

Yes, that's how we did it now as well. :)
Window sills are still open though. We chose a white wood decor for the inside. I think it's very pretty but I'm not sure if it's as durable as something made of artificial stone / cast, which is usually used.

Probably not as durable, although sufficient for one's own life ;), still I always fear with such choices that one's own taste won't last as long and that in 10 years you will be tired of it!?

Can it be painted? Then I would take it.
