I could bring one along sometime, but the feeling when you enter the house is actually not damp. Of course, that doesn't have to mean anything, but it’s not like the feeling when you go into the laundry room shortly after hanging up clothes. At home, my dehumidifier usually reads about 50-60, and it feels damp upon entering. I don’t have that feeling with the house anymore.

I don’t know what type of screed we have, but it looked very different from the old house. More like brownish-beige: That was a week after pouring. This is what it looks like now. But of course there is very fine white dust on top from the sanding work.

Are there at least fans inside now?

I haven't been on the construction site since then, but I suspect not.

In my described case, it concerned the walls. For drying equipment, you are probably responsible yourself.

That is true, although our builder's unit is not like that. I assume it is more for technical reasons why he does not use any, or conviction or something like that. I don't know exactly, I will ask.

What is your GU doing technically now? Sanding? Fan? Otherwise, the condition will not change by itself in 2 weeks.
