I think this is mainly a problem with anhydrite, as a layer forms on top of the screed. But you can sand it down, then the moisture should come out better. Do you have hygrometers? What humidity do you have inside and outside?
I could bring one along sometime, but the feeling when you enter the house is actually not damp. Of course, that doesn't have to mean anything, but it’s not like the feeling when you go into the laundry room shortly after hanging up clothes. At home, my dehumidifier usually reads about 50-60, and it feels damp upon entering. I don’t have that feeling with the house anymore.
