Fortunately, there are divided opinions on the latter. Ours is not glued. And at 13 euros/m2, it's not so expensive that you couldn't change it in 10 years.

13€/m² for real wood parquet? Where can you find that? Probably more like "could have found"?

This was available in Poland, with self-pickup. It was an offer and then there happened to be additional discounts. Photo from the stocking phase last year.

Real wood parquet doesn't have to be super expensive, at least there are affordable alternatives at "laminate price" :)

Professionals can also easily replace glued parquet only in certain spots without you noticing anything about the "repair area."

We have parquet everywhere and regarding the office chairs, my first official action was actually to replace the wheels with those... After a year I don't notice any problems or marks on the floor. Admittedly, it’s not a full-time office with two people like in your case.
