Boundary construction includes everything within less than 3 meters. If you build with a one-meter distance as here, you are within the boundary area with the carport.

I think it won’t work the way you imagined it. Garage to the front means too steep an approach, further back means blocking the terrace window.

That’s right.

Or is it allowed to build a carport crosswise with 3 meters distance from the street?
Otherwise, I would suggest to bend the carport access, that is the yard, according to the plan to the right in front of the house and then place the carport in front of the house. The second parking space would then be, as planned, in front of that, i.e. on the driveway.
Bicycles then in a lean-to shed at the side of the house instead of the garage.

Right, forward is not an option. Backwards only with a shorter garage. Or is it allowed to build a carport crosswise with 3 meters distance to the street? No, no structures outside the buildable areas. For a parking space, an exception permit might be granted. Otherwise, I would suggest bending the carport driveway, i.e. the yard, to the right in front of the house according to the plan, and then placing the carport in front of the house. The second parking space would then be, as planned, in front of it, i.e. on the driveway. Bicycles then in a lean-to shed on the side of the house instead of the garage. That would be an option for a parking space. Attached is the development plan. The building zone is drawn in the site plan.

May I ask how long the house has been standing? Did you buy it as an existing property or was it just built now and you are now catching up with the garage construction?

Since the top edge is fixed, you can only go with the standing area facing up. Otherwise, you'll just have to live with the steep descent.
