Exactly, anyone who uses dishwashers for "all-purpose washing" does not need to pre-rinse. That is a waste of water; properly scraping off the leftovers is completely sufficient. That's how I've used my second dishwasher now and its predecessor in more than 33 years of dishwasher use ;).
Fiber optic is in the house. It is laid, it is fed in and tested.
