.... I love my vacuum mop or rather hate mopping by hand like the plague, but it doesn’t work on the floorboards... On the other hand, you’re not supposed to mop them often anyway, so maybe it’s not that bad...
sure, it really works well (on both smooth and rough parquet). I myself have the vacuum mop "Dreame Bot Z10 Pro". I didn’t use the mopping function at all at first. Meanwhile, I attach the water tank once a week and the robot mops with a damp mist. (I was also initially worried about moisture and parquet). After my nephew also treated himself to a great robot with oak floorboards in light color (I think a Roborock S7 MaxV Plus or Ultra) with a mopping function (which can also wiggle the mop back and forth and therefore achieves more efficiency than mine), I had no more concerns. But his also has a station (mine does too) that not only empties the vacuum but also refills water and cleans the mop :D. It cost around 1K. Mine only cost 416€. My last vacuum robot, bought about 4-5 years ago for my rental apartment (cost about 500€) couldn’t do anything technically compared to the current one, and didn’t mop either. I tested it twice and then gave it to my daughter out of frustration ;)
