This can also be done well with an inexpensive drone from a well-known online retailer. There's probably an even better angle :)

Good idea, we even have one here. That will be tested soon.

We do have a slope and will definitely not plan a second terrace. For what/whom?! We will fill in, as much as we currently still have piles of earth from the excavation lying around. That's quite a bit... Towards the boundary, it will be retained with 1m L stones. Above that, it will be sloped and the embankment densely planted with low-maintenance shrubs. In the lower, deeper area, more tall-growing shrubs or trees will be planted. Just by doing that, the slope will look smaller. In any case, we will plant the embankment so that it is completely overgrown and hopefully later requires little or no maintenance. The whole thing can be done well by oneself (except for the L-stone wall), and is not that expensive.

That sounds low-maintenance and nice. Do you have a sketch of your plan or your own thread? Or photos? :)

A not insignificant aspect of the whole matter is not to forget the host when calculating – meaning the lower-lying neighbors to be spared from the draining surface water.

In the neighborhood, someone else also did it like that, although the embankment to the neighbor wi

Important point; however, there will hardly be any sewage connection there. So install a soakaway pit? Or could a pond be installed at the lowest point of the property to collect the surface water?
Assumption: Without construction measures in the lower part of the property, it probably won’t work.
