Is it because of the old story with the (parapet, etc.) height specifications that lack the addition before or after Christ or with or without VAT?

I don't think so. It probably falls under "something goes wrong in every construction". :)
The kitchen studio's installation plan was available during the shell construction stage, and it already stated 35cm. If they had calculated from the raw floor level, the connections would have been too low rather than too high.
I assume the installer simply made a mistake during the shell construction.

The kitchen is installed (except for one cabinet that was missing). The scratches on the floor are hard to spot with the naked eye. We showed them to the flooring installer, he will fill them again. I told him to show me how to do it right away; these won't be the last scratches. =)

And the shower in the shower-toilet downstairs is currently being tiled. I am thrilled and relieved. This is the moment when the 3D plans and sketches are transferred into the real house. Now that everything is coming together, it is really beautiful and exactly as we had hoped.

I also have some great photos of the entrance area upstairs and of the beautiful pre-wall in the shower-toilet (I'm curious how this will be received here in the forum). But I prefer to post them when everything is finished. =D

So beautiful!!! And this incredible window  Is it completely fixed glazing, or can it be opened somewhere? The kitchen is really great! However, I wonder where the oven is? Will it go into the still missing cabinet?

Yes, the window is huge, I love it very much too. It is fixed-glass. At the moment it looks a bit strange because the mullions clash with the scaffolding outside. I will post photos again when we have moved in, hopefully it will be gone then.

The oven is hidden on the other side of the island. We had no space in the tall cabinet because we followed the crazy idea of wanting 2 dishwashers. This earned us a rather quirky fame at the kitchen studio. On the phone, the boss said, "Oh yes – you are the ones with the two dishwashers!" :D

Do you have some strange hobby, or why do you need two dishwashers? :D
