I always go with the classic layout for this room shape:
At 4.40 you get a bathtub and a walk-in shower, which is walled off, in one line. By the door the wall, then the shower entrance, and the bathtub at the back left. Opposite the door is the window.
Against the right wall: the toilet at the back, the washbasin at the front.
The bathroom furniture will prevent the toilet from catching the eye.

Currently we have 1x tall cabinet, 1x base cabinet, 1x wall cabinet. There are toothbrush stuff, body care, cosmetics, toilet paper, medicines, jewelry, hairdryer, straightener, razor, etc. Currently, that is clearly too little space for us. We might also want to store a few extra towels. However, we actually do not want to completely frame the mirror or the washbasin with tall cabinets.
