I always go with the classic layout for this room shape:
At 4.40 you get a bathtub and a walk-in shower, which is walled off, in one line. By the door the wall, then the shower entrance, and the bathtub at the back left. Opposite the door is the window.
Against the right wall: the toilet at the back, the washbasin at the front.
The bathroom furniture will prevent the toilet from catching the eye.
There is enough space for furniture, but I wonder what you want to fit in if the base cabinet and 2 tall cabinets are not enough?
