Oops, your response must have overlapped with mine. Of course I need the breakdown for the construction loan. Although there will also be some own work involved (so then only material costs). And is a rough estimate enough for the banks or do I really have to request cost estimates for each individual item?

It was slightly different with each bank for us.

You don't need quotes. Write down the items:

1. House purchase
Additional costs

2. Expansion:
2.1. Craftsmen costs
Sanitary € (according to offer)
Electricity € (estimated)

2.2 Own contributions
Painting €
Floor tiles material €
Tiles consumables €

Own contributions devices/consumables flat rate €1000

3. Special equipment house

4. Outdoor facilities
Carport €
House edging € (estimated)

5. Buffer 5-10%

etc.

All just examples. Don't underestimate and include all items. Round everything up. The total determines your loan.
