That won't be the last defect... All the things that are visible to laypeople are yet to come. So it's best to talk nicely and factually with the window installer. Maybe also try holding a water jet on it to see if it really comes from outside or if it's perhaps been standing there for a while already?
It's just construction. I only wrote that because it really annoys you. It's still the shell construction and apparently only one window. So it's not a big deal.
We have exactly the same problem, in the same spots. Also only og, but also only on one window. We are still in the shell construction phase and are building a flat roof, which also really surprised me why only this one window on the interior side is wet, until I went up on the roof and so to speak saw the error myself.
We had two days of heavy rain here and apparently the water from the roof seeped through the gaps on the parapet into the masonry and from there into the window.
But the two examples cannot be compared at all. One is water in the frame, which can only flow outside anyway, the other comes from the roof and flows down the entire wall over the frame. Apples and oranges...
