Once again, a topic horrifies me. As a layperson builder, do I really have to crawl into every construction corner every day and measure everything down to the centimeter? I simply do not understand this entire industry. I consider it standard practice to do one's job well, correctly, and error-free (with a few exceptions), but in the construction industry, it seems to be the opposite. Our prefabricated house construction will be accompanied by an independent expert, but by now I have the impression that one is not enough. Maybe additionally TÜV or DEKRA. I already find it absurd to have to measure every single window as the builder.
