What exactly does "behind the house" mean? The house can be built on less slope, but the garden then slopes more than 90%? Or does the house also have to be placed on such a steep slope?

(By the way, I think something with such a slope is not suitable for building. Personal opinion. That is almost the borderline between hillside and wall).

The photo is from the upper floor. The property has always been built on (since the church opposite is over 1,000 years old, it is assumed that the property has been built on for just as long).
