Why don't construction prices go down?

Then we understand each other.

Fun fact: our heating engineer was the most expensive in terms of hourly wages in the comparison.

Only: on the one hand, he estimated fewer hours from the start than the others (probably also based on a very meticulous preliminary inspection) and then on the other hand (everything really went like clockwork) he needed 20% less.

Result: even cheaper...

Once again, there is an immediate stop on applications and approvals for various funding programs by KfW from one day to the next. It affects 134, 455, 805, 201, 202, and 432. Already granted approvals appear to remain valid.

Given the current situation, namely that the federal government is missing tens of billions of euros, already granted approvals cannot possibly retain their validity. The money simply no longer exists. The funds are not put into a blocked account at the time of approval. Unless the traffic light coalition finds gold reserves or an exceptionally valuable stamp collection somewhere in the basement, that’s it for generous funding of owner-occupied homes, solar panels, storage systems, and wallboxes for electric cars...

Thank-you letters can be sent to one or more of the 197 CDU/CSU members of parliament who have filed a lawsuit in Karlsruhe.

No wonder, the money is simply gone.

The question remains whether there will be any more subsidies for heat pumps at all, as Habeck loudly announced. The green blusterers and constitutional violators now have to cancel all subsidies.

Today even the reduction of citizen’s allowance is being discussed. The confusion could not be greater.

I read yesterday that the unconstitutional shadow budgets amount to over 700 billion. There are supposed to be 28 shadow budgets.

There are now only 2 options. Either let the national debt run out of control, which is impossible because of the debt brake. Or declare an emergency and lift the debt brake guaranteed in the Basic Law.

The FDP and the CDU will probably not go along with that. But it doesn't matter at all. The welfare state is finished!

Yes, the CDU, which is just as responsible for many of these off-budget accounts. The current budget freeze means that NEW commitments may not be entered into, existing commitments must be fulfilled.

Sorry. Mr. Glaser from the AfD already warned in January 2022 about the unconstitutional funding of the KTF in the Bundestag.
The budget funds should have been retroactively cut. But at that time, the gentlemen from the government just didn’t want to accept that.
What do we have a constitutional court for if we can't sue for constitutional laws?

So that’s nonsense.
