Why don't construction prices go down?

In fact, I have claimed everything I possibly could. Including 15,000 km of private trips as a disabled person. From next year, the income will be significantly higher due to a freelance activity. The plan then is to buy an apartment with special depreciation (Sonder-AfA).

At the same time, the portfolios are growing, salaries are rising, and the mortgage payment remains equally low. A dream!

Food for thought. If we could all save taxes like you, as a disabled person you would have to be treated the same as everyone else, because simply the money wouldn't be there... ... to grant you completely justified tax benefits...

And... oh God, I'm saying it... I'd rather pay more taxes and be healthy than... well...

PS: I'm addressing you deliberately, like everyone else. I heard disabled people don't want special treatment. You won't get that from me either.

Ah, are you falling for the trick of real estate investment advisors? Higher purchase prices, but depreciation. You could also simply buy a "normal" apartment and invest the saved money in ETFs. That would probably be more profitable in the end.
Such special depreciations only pay off if you essentially have to tax your entire income at the top tax rate. For everyone else, such a construct is not worthwhile.
Sorry, but if you don’t earn from 200-250k upwards, you do not fit into the target group.

I thought so too. Either the profit is in purchasing, or you pay >40% taxes anyway. With 2k taxes, rather not. A square practical place at a good price, where things can still be done with borrowed capital in the future, would make more sense.
