About 7 days ago I received the offer for the steel. Single-family house on a slope, basement open on one side in [Weißer Wanne], 1 upper floor and attic. Approximately 30-33 tons of steel will be installed. The price is at the level between 2017 and the end of 2019. So I think the prices for some building materials are already dropping significantly.

But show me a tradesman without a full schedule – that must either be a pretty unlucky guy or someone who has ruined his name over decades. Here, at least in the long run, you still can’t get a tradesman – starting from excavation work to roofing. And that prices remain high on this basis is simply supply vs. demand...

Good companies are definitely available! Our tradesmen come from the local area, are not the cheapest but also not overpriced, and they were working on the renovation of our single-family house. Everything also works quite promptly for further work! Being stingy isn’t always cool…

Currently, there are offers for photovoltaic modules as cheap as never before. You simply have to buy them. I will probably order a pallet.

I assume that if you let everything be done and also buy another battery, you still end up at 25k net, right? (that's what we are currently calculating with)
