Why don't construction prices go down?

Let's look:

A source is missing.
That would be good, because nothing can be found on this except unsubstantiated claims. In fact, there is a fact sheet from the US government from March 2022(!) that clearly states that the USA supports 46 facilities such as diagnostic centers and biolabs in Ukraine with about 200 million dollars. Now, not every biolab is a bioweapons lab, but can also simply analyze blood, stool, and urine samples in a health system, just as an example.
That bioweapons were produced there has never been discovered, proven, or admitted by anyone. Sources for such simply do not exist. A few media “with craving for attention“ have simply claimed this but have no evidence.
YOU are spreading this lie!

A source is missing.
That would be good, because the Federal Constitutional Court announces the opposite: the related constitutional complaints were dismissed. I will gladly be proven wrong if you give me a hint where I can find the contrary rulings at the Federal Constitutional Court.
Until I receive those from you, but simply find the exact opposite at the Federal Constitutional Court, the fact remains: it was merely asserted, there is no evidence.
YOU are spreading this lie!

No one (from the scientific community) has ever spoken of a side-effect-free vaccine. I will gladly be convinced of the opposite if you provide me with sources that cite such.
Even our most established vaccines such as those against measles are not free of side effects. Why would anyone then claim that about a new vaccine?
I could now say: Of course, those who like to read, see, or understand exactly the opposite of what is actually written, done, or said in the above two points are just prone to false information.

Exactly. It is.
You spread false claims, thus helping to spread lies that some other people have either made up or believe themselves. You use these tales to build your own worldview.

That. Is. Nonsense. By definition.

Please do not assume anything about us. We have insufficient information about your age or skin color. Only the nonsense spreading is definitely confirmed and proven, as I have shown above.

Yes, to the last statement.

Yield spread (this is only a quote, but I couldn't explain it better and it makes the answer easier for me):
The factors reflected in the swap spread are not the market's interest rate expectations, but anticipated supply and demand levels of government bonds, the default risk level of the issuing state, as well as the amount of arbitrage costs between bond and swap instruments.
The recent market development thus shows investor concerns regarding an increased supply of German federal bonds and consequently higher debt servicing costs. Fiscal deficits (e.g., suspension of the debt brake) are coming more into investor focus. Overlapping market factors that reinforce the development of the swap spread include the growing importance of private investors as buyers of federal bonds, especially after the expiration of the ECB's bond purchase programs, and a tightening of regulation for banks since 2008 in the arbitrage of swap spreads.
==> this has nothing to do with banks
==> in other markets perfectly normal for many years (e.g., US Treasuries vs. swap rate for nearly 10 years now ==> ongoing banking crisis in the States? // also applies for GBP

Bitcoin:
Increase due to Trump and his attitude towards crypto as well as the involvement of Musk (with comparable views). Makes perfect sense. No such spikes before.

Gold:
Increase especially because of
- falling interest rates, which make gold attractive again
- increase of reserves by emerging market countries (they want to become less dependent on the dollar and gold is the world’s number 2 currency after all)

Here are some FACTS so you understand the connections.

Where is that written? Are you falling for social media news again? Shame.
In fact, there has been cooperation between the USA and Ukraine for years within the framework of the so-called "Cooperative Threat Reduction Program." This program is aimed at securing dangerous biological materials and preventing the development of biological weapons. It involves supporting laboratories for research on pathogens and health diagnostics, not funding or operating bioweapons labs. This was confirmed exactly as such in a hearing in 03/2022 by Victoria Nuland, among others.

The Stiko and the Federal Ministry of Health stated and wrote in 2020 that the vaccines are safe and effective, but also that side effects cannot be ruled out. No one – otherwise please provide a source – ever spoke of freedom.
But luckily, Corona was the lesser evil – although not for the approx. 7 million deaths caused by Corona. That was irony, by the way...

Actually, I don't feel like responding to nonsense, but it has to be done so that others here do not uncritically believe what you write. That is why I will always respond to bar talk with facts.

I can't and don't want to go into the details, that would be counterproductive here. Most people know what is meant. One shouldn’t dismiss everything as nonsense just because it’s reported by alternative media; that’s not necessarily nonsense.

I’m wondering how long Americans would tolerate it if Florida were shelled with Russian missiles from Cuba? What would their counterstrike look like?

I ask myself the same question about what the Russians will do. Yesterday they were attacked with Atacms and today with Strom Shadow.
The target acquisition from Ramstein, the satellite surveillance from NATO, and the operation of the Himars then by Western military.

This will probably escalate soon. Oh yes, no more nonsense but fact.

Above all, we need again a conscription registration and military surveillance. Right now we don’t know whom we could mobilize.

Now it’s getting serious. Sounds almost like a mobilization.

Who actually pays the installments for the house if the men have to go to the front? The military pay is not that high, and life insurance pays as little in wartime as the building insurance should the newly built house be destroyed.

One should slowly start thinking about this too.

Just as we have let Ukraine starve at arm's length for the past 2.5 years, we hardly deserve any better than having to go to war ourselves.

With that, you’ve already told us enough.

Then please once again respond constructively to your post and refute all of our answers. Please provide reasons for your statements and evidence/sources.
Oh no, you prefer to write new things again, now it’s the Ukraine war. One post earlier was the coming banking crisis and Corona. What’s next?

What do you want to say with that?

Ahh. Fact. The high interest rates were facts, too.

Then why are you still in Germany and haven’t emigrated? Besides the economic decline, death at the front is now coming for you as well.

The sympathy he last expressed was indeed for the "Sowjetunion" (he surely meant that big country east of us), but he doesn’t actually want to live there; rather, he would much prefer to live someday, for example, in Italy, though the prices there just aren’t right at the moment. Somehow, everything is always no good, so he stays at home in the cave, where it is nice and warm and, above all, far away from the places he otherwise glorifies so much, but at home in Germany, it’s no good either. Meanwhile, his revolution against the GEZ here is not quite finished yet before he tackles the world markets. Those who always blow their own trumpet only from afar and in front of a warm fireplace have always existed and always will, and when it thunders they sit behind the stove and then talk about resistance again. Why is he still here? Because elsewhere they would chase him away with the Datschkapp, and you are hardly spoiled by the berated state anywhere else to such an extent. Whats next Buxbaum? "Why aren’t construction prices going down?" India? Falkland? Amazon?
