You can choose from exactly one. Therefore, a monopoly.

In the meantime, I had electricity from tibber at 15 cents and now have it contracted at 27 cents. The price for district heating certainly won't be lowered anymore.

Can we get back to the construction costs again? Does anyone have an overview of where the material prices are currently heading?

This is also very interesting to me. We want to get some quotes soon for the new construction of a single-family house.

Only material 06.22 - 10.23

Interior doors -16%
Paving stones -9%

Why the boxwood is still here even though everything is nonsense and hopeless... no idea... For people like you, Paraguay has been a good address for the last 3 years, hasn’t it?!

What's supposed to be bad.

Dude, I am currently completely relaxed and have been on vacation on the Croatian coast for 2 weeks. It's a pleasant 30 degrees here and since the start of my vacation I haven't even seen a cloud. Bright blue sky. And because it's so nice, I'm staying here for another 2 weeks. It will definitely get a bit cooler then.

By the way, the water is still 24 degrees. You can stay in there for an hour.

There is a lot of construction going on in Croatia. Cranes everywhere and no sign of a housing shortage. Home ownership rate in Croatia is 86 percent, by the way.
Prices have also risen, of course not as drastically as in Germany. Cafes and restaurants are full, even though prices have increased in some places. Everything here is very relaxed.

Greetings to Germany!
