Overtime is okay. But you give up a constant salary increase because you have to pay taxes? Really?
In the end, in this logic, you’d have to calculate back how much the progression would have to change until tax savings and gross increases are equal. I don’t know anyone who does that.

Agreed. I never understood the logic behind why the minimum wage threshold shouldn’t also be the tax-free allowance. Social contributions still apply anyway.
