The 26 pages briefly summarized: The world is ending, but beer remains between €10-18 per case. So the same discussions as 10 years ago. I don't see any changes for bricks. m3 concrete seems to be getting a bit more expensive. Wood (in my particular case tongue and groove) softened a bit regarding the m2 price.
