I'll join in on the question from . Can you name the provider and region? We are also from Bavaria, more precisely Lower Franconia.

Since my last post regarding [PN] was apparently deleted, just this much: My offers come from small to medium-sized construction companies from Lower Bavaria. I do not want to write details openly here, especially because the higher-priced ones have not been fully negotiated yet and there might still have been some room for negotiation. I do not want to discredit anyone. By the way, I also had an offer from Haas Fertigbau, but it was significantly more expensive.

Did you then have free planning with an architect for the price comparisons or did you compare the houses according to their respective plans?

Great, we are also from Lower Bavaria. I plan to inquire with Fischl Bau, Penzkofer Bau, and Gebrüder Schuhmann. Acquaintances had some problems with Hecht Wohnbau, so I would not inquire there for now. If you have any other suggestions, I would appreciate some input. I think I have also seen many "Winterbau" construction sites in the new development area, but I have no experience with that company at all yet.

Fischl Bau was also on our list, made a good impression and was on the cheaper side. I also have a few acquaintances who built with him (before 2019), and they were all satisfied.
