Yes, you have a lot of storage space, but no surface area for placing things.
Once it disappears in the cupboard, it will only be used a fraction of the time. I assume your pantry is a windowless chamber where handling electrical appliances openly is difficult or uncomfortable?
Since people tend to prefer having a tidy surface and not one used for placing devices, you will often be dissatisfied when you use a device, but always with the thought "untidy, bothersome, must be put away."
That's a shame!
And who wants to have Siri around all the time?
Siri herself can't cook either.

Personally, the small corner would be too dark for me, and I would at least miss a small sink on the island for cooking. But the former is a matter of taste, and the latter is my personal passion *g*. Also, the wall solution in the niche makes it too dark for me. I find the wooden countertop solution stylish, but I would be afraid of constantly scraping against it (I'm an expert at that; I take every corner, and if one sticks out so prominently into the room, that would be my personal Waterloo). I would have liked it better if it hadn’t been placed on top of the worktop but integrated into the worktop. As it is, there’s too much layering at that spot when you look from the side.

The pictures are unfortunately not very good, the kitchen is actually nice and bright.
The kitchen has been there for 1.5 weeks now, fingerprints are okay, no worse than in our old kitchen. It is very easy to maintain and clean. However, there are certainly more low-maintenance colors.
The counter was not possible otherwise with a 15mm ceramic countertop, and so far no one has caught on it. The passage is 1.13m wide.
