Yes, everything below directly next to the 4 drawers, due to the fact that I didn't want to somehow take away the light from the new wider window again, but we actually have a direct water connection on the wall where the coffee bar is, so that later we are completely free in the planning, whether a tall oven, coffee machine with water connection, or refrigerator with ice cube maker, even a small sink would be possible.

We have a large refrigerator one floor down and upstairs the small one for the things we need daily, and then the minibar for the milk in the coffee, so we don’t have to run back and forth, that should be enough.

Nice renovation, something different here than always just new high gloss white with concrete countertop, backup kitchen and Bora cooking island.

It's not that unlikely to get the same kitchen from the 70s twice. Back then there wasn’t as much choice as today, I’ve seen that kitchen model quite a few times during various viewings.

We ourselves also bought a kitchen with a house: original built in 1959 with Resopal fronts in white, pastel blue, pastel yellow. Still working on the finishing touches (new trim strips, windowsill, countertop wall edge). When it’s done, I’ll also post some pictures.

yes (Nerv) we still have 3 of those things upstairs and 3 in the basement, 2 would disappear if I finally found a rail system with small spotlights that I like. But from a design perspective, the market looks poor. Well, time will come, lamp will come... what can you do

keep cool!

I know a lot of people who live with this designer piece for years and are exactly waiting for THE lamp they are looking for.
No problem! In the living area, that would bother me, but in the functional area, it's okay.

I just have to chuckle because it's really like this with EVERYONE: somewhere the designer piece always remains.
I'm curious where it will be with us.
