The properties come as a package: minimal wear, very low susceptibility to scratches, no absorption of liquids, easy cleaning, own optical design possibilities, own tactile feel From the purchasing behavior perspective, it is much simpler: "Oh how nice, I want that" and then the "gut" invents reasons for the "head" to avoid buyer's remorse. Good marketing and good sales help with that. In the end, there is a long-satisfied customer who also resists the statements of "doubters." Reason is overrated.

That's how it was. And everyone who has been here so far wanted to have our kitchen too... if only because of the maintenance.

could you please show your kitchen in relation to the floor plan?
Did you cancel the originally planned door to the pantry?
The photo is taken from the dining area, right?
I am considering a similar solution and I am undecided whether to build with an island or like you did.

Yes, we saw this rolling cabinet too. But we like it even less visually. It looks as if someone has their kiosk behind it..

thanks to the nice glasses etc. it looks really good, you just must not close it, usually we don't do that either
