Even if the room allows it, it will be too dark.
That can happen. However, the doors in front of the kitchen island will only be used for rarely needed items; in front of them there will be a light gray bench and a light table with 4 chairs in different colors. This area can already be ruled out as "dark."
On the side of the refrigerator, the staircase of the same width continues, leading to the gallery. This otherwise large black surface is therefore also not to be seen as a "block." I think that will make a big difference.
I think it would harmonize better if the cooktop were in the same line as the sink, with the deep shelves both next to each other on the wall.
The idea of having the cooktop and sink on the same level is very good. We consciously decided on the central arrangement in each respective area because the line of sight to the kitchen will not be in the axis of the cooktop and sink.
The niche of the sink has a depth of 80 cm, behind it there is some shelving and lighting.
It could become too much natural wood color.
We have seen this kitchen almost identically in a kitchen studio and it was neither too dark nor too wooden for us. I will provide original photos in July.
What are the doors supposed to be like? Anthracite smooth matte or something else?
The doors are indeed kept in a matte black and have the effect of appearing silvery bright when viewed from the side against incoming light. The terrace door serves as the light source.
We ourselves are very curious.
