You can do it that way; just think carefully about whether having the lowered corner on the side of the cooktop fits your workflow.

I would rather prefer the "Mulde".....

If you want to shorten the "Ladenkasterl", be careful that the drawer slides can still be properly installed - I would shorten the top ones, then you have the same visual drawer line at the bottom and only need to adjust the front panel of the upper drawer. But you will be building the doors/panels yourselves anyway.

But it's good that you are now planning with dead corners, otherwise that would be very difficult.

Thank you both once again!

So, we were at Ikea yesterday and looked over the plan again with a very nice employee, she also drew everything for me the way I wanted it and couldn’t manage myself! ;)

We "drew" the sink, honestly, I don’t like it at all and I have 80cm of workspace on each side of the stove, which is already twice as much as in my current kitchen! :)

We wanted to cut the :D LADENKASTERL :D exactly like that, with the base at the bottom and the lower drawer aligned like all the others in one line, and only the top is "missing" a bit! :)

We have now, oh miracle, decided on a narrow countertop (2.8), either dark oak imitation or the dark concrete pattern. We suddenly need a custom-sized countertop because we are over the standard size. So we will go to Ikea with a floor tile and part of the front as soon as we have them and see what fits better! I find the wood nicer, it’s simply warmer... but more wood in the house? We already have so much.... difficult difficult

It still seems strange to me that the left corner is supposed to be recessed. If I imagine you working to the right of the stove, having everything pretty cluttered, needing a bit more space, pushing things to the right and something plops into the recessed corner. If only the countertop in front of the window between the two rows is lower, then "in an emergency nothing falls into the corner up."

... because sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees ... :

I just looked at your plan again and a completely new, simple idea came to me. With your window problem (is there perhaps even a radiator underneath?) there’s a very simple solution: just leave out the cross cabinets under the window and extend the two rows into the corner. In terms of storage, it's practically the same and you get rid of all the height problems. You also don't need to make corner panels. At the end of the row, you would probably still fit an 80 cm drawer cabinet ;) and can also extend shelves for your cookbooks into the corner. If it were our kitchen, I’d prefer to do it that way.

You could maybe use the open space in front of the window for a small table with two chairs. In our kitchen, we have a very narrow table attached to the kitchen unit, fixed to the wall, with one support leg in front and space for 2 to 3 chairs. We use it very often, sometimes we have breakfast there, or in the evening there’s a little kitchen party, for example now with tarte flambée and Federweißer, you sit around comfortably and wait for the next tarte flambée to come out of the oven.

We don’t like dark countertops. Google it, the darker the countertop, the more and sooner you see dirt and especially signs of wear like small scratches.

... and you can almost never have enough workspace. It’s not just about working, usually there are loads of appliances on it: stand mixer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine – everyone has different things that have to be ready to use at all times.

That's true, if the additional countertop space is not really needed, that is the best solution. The window can then also be opened more comfortably.
