Regarding your questions: We only have the accessory drawer, so without the warming function. The set budget didn’t allow for it and we didn’t see any real benefit for us. In the drawer we have stored all the baking trays, etc., plus oven gloves and such. Very practical.
The associated oven is a steam oven, which we like a lot. The one on the right is a regular oven with pyrolysis. We mainly use that for things where the cooking space gets quite dirty.
Overall, we are quite satisfied with the selection itself and regularly use both ovens simultaneously.
