I like handles! Form follows function. I stood clueless in front of a wall unit at acquaintances’ place and couldn’t open the dishwasher without prior instruction

Push-to-Open is really rubbish, even with normal cabinets. Totally unsuitable in the kitchen. I find your handles perfectly fine and overall visually nice. I really like the whole kitchen! No, I correct myself, the whole house has really turned out beautiful.

How are you getting along with the Muschelkalk as a worktop? We would like a kitchen island completely made of stone. The kitchen consultants and stonemasons recommend granite to us. Any other natural stone would be too delicate ??

I agree with both. Great open-plan kitchen. Tons of space. I really don't like the thick countertop (probably made of shell limestone). It feels too bulky to me.
