It's a special acrylic from the parquet manufacturer. I think it's acrylic because according to the tube it can be painted over, which silicone cannot. However, it only says joint sealant on it.

I think it's great with the special tiles, and the shape of the hexagon could be picked up again somewhere else in the kitchen. So either with decoration or maybe a lamp in that shape. There are currently quite a few metal lamps in that shape. Maybe they also come in a similar color tone.

Different client, different kitchen, different tile Unfortunately, it looks very hectic in this light, the tiles are quite matte and actually not that different in color.

The tiler and the parquet guy managed a very clean transition and we are super satisfied, even if the man had to be a bit convinced at the beginning. Afterwards, he was also very happy that it’s not just something square...

How do we like it in 14 years? No idea - but we didn’t want something totally cookie-cutter!

You think ... it has a nicely clear line form after all. And not everyone has to find Bora pure or so beautiful.
