Now I am curious. What do you eat

For example, chicken hearts and gizzards seared spicy with onions, chili (these green ones from the Turk) and garlic. Pork belly with chili, garlic and ginger. Sliced meat (chicken/pork/beef/lamb) with bell pepper, garlic, chili, ginger. Stew with pork belly/soup meat and - yes of course garlic!!! The funny thing is, she doesn’t really mind the garlic that much. She usually doesn’t like the meat steam and can’t stand onions. Offal apparently also gives off a very distinct smell when cooking. I like it.

Except for the chicken offal, delicious. This is often available here. The chicken offal is given to the cats raw and unseasoned. In our place, at most the ground floor smells like food. Upstairs, only if there are too many roasted aromas. Smell is part of eating. With an extractor fan, windows, and controlled residential ventilation, nothing lingers.

Raw? Isn't that advised against?

For the cats? Raw of course
Katzingers may eat poultry raw, pork under no circumstances
