When planning our new kitchen, I decided against a steam cooker. Mainly because of the cleaning. I really fear that the device will eventually rot away because I forgot to empty/wipe something out.
You basically just need to dry it off.
I love it when I see what I get. Big flame, big heat; small flame, small heat.
Big number, big heat; small number, small heat? Where’s the problem?
Sure you can live without it – but it’s nicer with it.
Whywhywhy???
Hm... hot water for a cup of tea from the tap, even though it’s more of a ritual with a kettle and actually nicer? Cooking devices no longer allow you to look inside or think for yourself about what goes in when? Do you really want that comfort? Do you convince yourself of it because you have the money to afford something that sets you apart from the average? You can also shower in the bathtub, yes. I do that too. Even more often than in my walk-in... and I don’t even think much of it. Sliding doors didn’t convince me, we have terra doors, and it doesn’t bother me at all.
We have the €5000 premium oven.
Wow!!! With that much money, you can get a whole kitchen! I also have a more expensive one... but €5000! For an oven... you never cook that much, do you?! Is the ratio still healthy? I’ll probably get stoned again straight away for questioning the proportionality and also that it brings more comfort. Or just for questioning something.
I’m now showing our almost completely finished kitchen in our new build.
Chic. I think it’s great that you kept your grid despite drawers. And I like the asymmetry. However, I lack counter space. Where do you put a glass of water, the opened juice bottle, or the tomatoes? You don’t put everything behind a door, do you?!
