Beautiful kitchen in use. A bit too much blue plastic. What is that with the mural? Does it have a meaning? .... and really great tiles

Longing for Cornwall and the vast, vast sea. Look at all the stuff standing around! Unbelievable, little figures, knick-knacks, trinkets....

Blue plastic? The shopping basket from the play kitchen? There are delicious things inside like yogurt cheese (whatever that is) that is sprinkled over the lunch boxes. And at the sink, in the box, there are marbles waiting for a water bath. Not Cornwall. Scotland, Skye, Kilt Rock. Meaning. No. Just looked for a photo that fits.

so here is my kitchen. since it’s a rental apartment, of course not perfect (important to us were 2 work surfaces because we usually only cook as a pair) nothing stands around on our main work surfaces and I love it. I can’t stand it when too much is left out. maybe some flowers will come to the windowsill at some point (we don’t have a green thumb and cats, so plants are difficult^^) at the back by the dishwasher there is of course quite a bit but since our cats have to get homemade food we have to wash the cans by hand (they are too light for the dishwasher and turn around), we also use the kitchen machine almost daily so putting it away would be pointless
