: I think that's a very good plan. Which way does the door open? If the door swings into the kitchen - lock it while cooking to avoid "accidents".

The door leads into the pantry and is actually supposed to open into the pantry. Visually, it would be nicer the other way around, because you could create a continuous front with the oven and refrigerator. But I find it impractical. Let's see how we finally decide - maybe also a swinging door. A smooth front where the door visually disappears definitely has its charm. The kitchen installer is coming in an hour, then we will know more.

First, he is the kitchen builder. At some point, he becomes the kitchen geek. And when he then comes up with really good plans, he becomes the kitchen person. You have to earn that first
