Unfortunately, I don’t. Asparagus always. Now and then vegetables. Next time I would get a combination appliance.

We have both, a steam oven with oven function and an oven with steam burst option and other bells and whistles. Mainly for maximum flexibility with 2 interior compartments. My wife does not use the steam oven. I do.

We also decided on a combination device. An extra device I also consider too much. It's really only for someone who wants to cook with it all the time.

I think with the other furniture it's still due to age, or the fact that kids are still running around here who sometimes spill something or get chewing gum stuck unnoticed on the sofa, which you then sit on, or the cocoa nicely flows into the sofa crevices while you don't want to share the cocoa at that moment, etc. etc.. (Note: I have only 1 child; the described incidents also happened due to children from families and friends :D )

One word: stickers. Even if you frisk kids and visitors like in prison, sooner or later these things find their way onto the furniture. And this is why we can‘t have nice things. My mother always said that when we kids destroyed something.

I find the conversation interesting, but I would be in favor of moving the discussion out of this thread. Actually, this is about pictures, and I think it's a pity if you have to scroll forever just to see one.

Setting up a workspace optimally is, in my opinion, quite different from buying a bed. There are Facebook groups for bathrooms as well; for sofas, I would find that a bit excessive ;-) so the comparison is flawed. Besides, for some people, cooking and baking is a hobby, so it is connected with emotions.
