I don't understand why the dishwasher was propped up like that - the loading height is not significantly more convenient because of it, but you lose valuable, bright countertop space in the sink area? The oven height is also a bit strange? Or is the kitchen supposed to be wheelchair accessible?

I wanted the dishwasher to be this high for easier loading and to store all utensils underneath in the dishwasher compartment.

My Echo Show is supposed to be placed above it.

We decided on the oven like this for ourselves.

Most ovens placed higher up are way too high, starting at the countertop or one compartment lower.

We tested this in several kitchen studios and at friends’ places and didn’t like it.

We have now chosen the method with it being a bit lower because we find it the best way to access it.

Also, above it in the compartment that extends upwards, the microwave is placed. If I had chosen the oven higher, the microwave would be too high for me.

I find both the height for the dishwasher and the oven okay. However, what I definitely did not want was a dishwasher against the wall. I guarantee that after no more than two months there will be various coffee, tea, and tomato sauce stains on the wall that inevitably happen when loading it. Before the dishwasher arrives, consider whether you want to put something on the wall. There are nice options made of materials like the splash guard on the kitchen countertop, just from the floor all the way up and with a matching color design (picture, graphic pattern, etc.). Otherwise, you will have to clean on a monthly basis.

Yes, but I have the feeling with even younger ones. So my 9-year-old says stable.

We also have the height of the dishwasher. It's great. A splash guard should really be installed on the wall. The 2nd coffee cup leaves its marks. The oven would be too low for me. Do you have a bayonet lock on the faucet? I like the lamp.
