What I really don't like at all, however, is the laminated wood panel in strip bonding on the kitchen island. It looks like cheap DIY store material. I would have preferred a finger-jointed solid wood board from the carpenter.

The white cabinet has quite large gaps to the ceiling at the top. Was the ceiling plastered so unevenly at your place or why does it look like that?

And currently the acoustics in the room must be terrible, right? I don’t see anything there that could absorb sound/voices. Do you have something planned for that?

The showroom has just been moved into. When you use them, no one posts whether they work or prove themselves... and they are also not photographed or posted when they are "in use" ;)
It affects me! But I am a bit uncertain whether (lively) chic or rather somewhat depressed, or mourning... yes, even somewhat static, that is, undynamic. Overall, I am probably not very fond of a black kitchen (although I am very fond of black and anthracite). The kitchen would now invite me for an espresso, but not for a creative 3-course menu.

It might be due to the image quality, but in my opinion it actually looks high-quality. After long consideration, we also decided to take a piece with a live edge.

Unfortunately, the concrete ceiling is not quite even, which also affects the walls because the plasterer didn’t do a very good job. Most issues on the punch list were attributed to the plasterer. We will close the gaps with an acrylic joint, but at the moment I’m leaving everything open and imagine that it might help with ventilation behind the cabinet. We will wait a year to get rid of construction moisture; the wardrobes, bed, etc. are currently all standing 10 cm away from the wall.

The hallway is something we still need to tackle, especially since the dog has been deaf for 2 years and since then likes to express himself with loud barking :/

Then you wouldn’t see the kitchen for all the pots and pans ;)

But we use it extensively, we both like to cook a lot. My wife is always nagging about that and has to photograph it for Instagram; but that way you get a nice overview of what we’ve eaten in the past few days :D

I think the kitchen fits in the bungalow. In my opinion, it is harmonious. Previously, the kitchen was a narrow rectangle with 2 rows, today the 2nd row is often a peninsula or island.

Actually, a trip through Germany should be planned. All the houses that were discussed here beyond 08/15 should be seen in person. I could never come to terms with the atrium bungalow, but what you see now surprisingly appeals to me.
