why are the right wall cabinets placed so far to the left that a gap to the refrigerator is created, that does not look good. They can be moved to the right after all.

I don’t have any pictures of a finished kitchen yet, but at least a 3D view. It is an open kitchen that adjoins the dining and living area (behind the cooking island). The kitchen area is 3.0m x 5.4m. Behind it, there is about 6.5m x 4.8m of space for the dining and living area. Before there are questions about the fridge/freezer: yes, they will be "attached" to the side because that’s how we want it . Exactly my taste. Our kitchen will look exactly like that in terms of appearance, and the floor too! I like it. We will “only” have a 4m run and a correspondingly large island that will be attached to the wall + side-by-side fridge. Nice style!

I suspect then the refrigerator doors won't open anymore?!

I had forgotten to mention that the kitchen appliances will be black, not silver.

Looks like our parquet - brushed oak, white oiled! Totally insensitive and I would choose it again and again!

That is a prefinished parquet from Planeo, oak 202 white oiled. And you don’t have any problems with it in the kitchen? I originally planned to lay tiles in the kitchen area but my wife doesn’t like that...

I would leave out the two wall cabinets on the right side of the window. It looks kind of segmented, especially with the fridge next to it. I can’t exactly tell if it’s maybe already like that, but I would choose the hanging cabinet over the niche on the left side to be as deep as the tall cabinets, it looks more modern and better.

With the cooktop on the island, especially so close to the edge, you will often have grease splatters on the floor on the left side.

Thanks for the feedback. The wall cabinet layout is not final yet. The depth is a small issue, we are still working on it. Currently, it only comes in a "40 cm" depth. The cooktop is about 45 cm from the edge. It’s somewhat better visible from the other side:

You can’t tell exactly from the 3D picture, but the lower two cabinets are one 60 cm and one 80 cm in width each. On top, there are currently only two 60 cm ones. Hence the gap. We also haven’t made a final decision on that yet.

Nice that you already like it that way! We don’t want side by side, rather two separate appliances.

Are you getting a Bora Pure or a Bora Pure X?

This is a prefinished parquet from Planeo, oak 202 white oiled. And you have no problems with it in the kitchen? I initially planned to lay tiles in the kitchen area, but my wife doesn’t like that...

For us, the parquet only goes up to the kitchen - a picture is in #397
I wouldn’t want parquet in the kitchen, but I think – regarding sensitivity – that wouldn’t be a problem!
