On the one hand, space was not our biggest problem, on the other hand, it runs about four times a week. Whether that is a lot or a little, I leave that up to you, but in the next kitchen there will be one installed again, this time even in full size and no longer as a compact device.

That is why a steam oven is usually recommended. It can be used like a regular oven. And every third time, for example, we add steam.

The dictionary says: reversed dried out?! And therefore previously gently cooked in steam? :p:oops:o_O

"Reverse" here means that the food is first cooked and then seared. Normally, this is done in the opposite order.

We actually use it quite often. Once we have learned what it can really do, probably even more for sure. You have to "learn" that first.
Our kitchen guy said that is the reason why it gathers dust with many. People don't engage with it. No idea if that's true.
We are glad to have taken it with us.
