Are you cooking or "the government"? I assume it's she... because only a he without cooking skills can write something like that.

By the way, also here on the topic of layout. Otherwise, it makes little sense.

Where?

Incredible, but we both even cook! The floor plan with measurements is in post #21. But everyone has contributed their ideas here, and in this case, the dishwasher variant is not from me. Regardless, the kitchen forums I have found so far are all somehow sales forums of some dealers. As soon as you register, the inbox fills up with consultation and sales offers.

I only see the open-plan area. When I talk about the floor plan in combination with the discussion, I mean everything. In addition, the needs of those involved must be mentioned: it makes a difference whether a couple uses a kitchen or a whole family. Whether many guests might even cook along, or or... You also have to know if the window can be moved or changed...

Me again... for understanding:

Do you think you have more space with an open kitchen than with a closed one?
You actually don’t have much space planned for your kitchen. (By the way, the length of the kitchen can still only be guessed!)
I also find it very cramped because of the short wall with the fridge. You plan 4 legs and therefore can no longer move properly together in the kitchen. You will hinder each other in it. If the furnishing of the electrical appliances isn’t right, you might annoy yourselves daily or bump into a door/flap and hurt yourself.

If you take the important things like oven, fridge, and dishwasher, these, alongside stove and sink, must all have a functioning place so that when cooking, for example, one does not hinder the other, the dishwasher is operable, and nobody gets the fridge door slammed in their face.
What kind of room is next to the kitchen? Can’t you close the kitchen and put the door to the hallway? Then aim for a two-row kitchen?
In this case, I actually see your wishes as not well feasible.
Kerstin has indeed drawn a nice kitchen, but this kitchen has 3 single kitchen rows, which gives the kitchen a certain unrest.
With "your idea" to "integrate" the half-high cabinet into the living room, for me that is the worst option, as I don’t know what other options I still have.
If it were my house, I would change it until the priority with the half-height dishwasher works. You need counter space, therefore walls. Or more space.

I would recommend the kitchen buying book to you or search here in the forum for the endless thread on kitchen prices. Because that is a politics of its own.

... with appliances then 16,000? After negotiating then again 12,000? I find that a fair price.

That is exactly my concern. Length is 181cm + a 90cm deep cabinet on the left. Width 353cm.
Since the kitchen planner just adopted our idea but apparently overlooked practicality, I am very uncertain, especially about the space conditions of the appliances.

No, even 17500. But I have categorically refused that, because I would pay much less for appliances purchased myself.
