Dishwasher fronts

Hello,

the above-mentioned Bosch SBV58N31EU does not seem to work because no 80 cm front fits.

For VarioHinge cutlery drawer as a requirement, I have now found the following models: Siemens SX778D01TE Bosch SBE88TD01E

Both cost around 850 EUR. Basically, I could just as well buy a Miele for 900 EUR: Miele G 4975 SCVI XXL

Is it correct that the XXL machines from Miele simply fit, or do I have to cut out the base panel? I think I once saw a picture of this, but it looked rather tight. I also do not know how far back the base panel is recessed behind the front, as I do not have an Ikea kitchen yet. If the distance is relevant at all..?

Hello, the plinth is set back further at Metod than with other kitchens. According to Miele's specifications, the door should swing over the plinth panel, if I haven't miscalculated, but if the plinth panel needs to be cut out a little, that's not a big problem. The Miele is even available for €815.

At 46 dB, the Miele model would be too loud for me.

Thank you for the tips. The volume would actually still be a drawback, especially since I will have an open kitchen. And if the [Sockelblende] does have to be cut out, I always pay close attention to that.

With an open kitchen, I wouldn't go above 42 dB, but sensitivities vary from person to person.

Dear Ikea kitchen specialists,

I had an IKEA METOD kitchen with white handleless VOXTORP fronts planned and installed.
Unfortunately, the installation of the dishwasher (Siemens SN76P030EU - 81.5 cm height with Vario hinge) could not be carried out because the 60 x 80 front, despite the Vario hinge, would prevent the dishwasher door from opening (the lower part of the front hits the dishwasher).

Dimensions:
Niche height 88.5 cm (floor - bottom edge of the countertop)
Plinth height: 8 cm

Here is what I have thought:
1. According to Siemens dimension drawings, the fronts for the SN7.. dishwashers should have a height of 655-750 mm.
That would mean there are 5 cm too much here.
Could I simply cut off these 5 cm (or even 10 cm) from the front and fix it firmly at the lower part?
I would have to sand down the longer part of the front (75 cm) by a few millimeters to allow enough space for opening and only a minimal gap.

2. Install Siemens folding hinge (special accessory for dishwasher folding hinge for tall corpus dimensions SZ73010)

3. Replace the 60 x 80 front with 4 Voxtorp drawer fronts 60 x 20 - 902.731.90 in combination with ERSÄTTARE 002.506.64.

Could you maybe give me some tips? I would be very grateful for any answer, as the kitchen is otherwise finished.. Thank you very much
