Of course, always in the display cabinet with backlighting and built-in electric can openers. Otherwise, you have no quick access or overview of the stock.

Good morning, I probably had a misunderstanding here regarding a cold roof and also regarding the limited possibilities with DN 24°, due to a lack of information gathering on my part.

we will probably not reach the price level with our general contractor in 2020, especially since we will not do the roof insulation ourselves. At least rough values, where we will consider the pros & cons. Since the staircase is supposed to end quite close to the ridge area anyway, I am not sure if the planned utility room fits well with the staircase.

Current floor plan with which we would like to proceed into planning. (see attachment)

Hallway with 1.80 m width, ~4 m length
- Entrance door 160 cm with 2 side panels (glass) for more light yield

Layout\space could be used as follows
- Coats\wardrobe in the entrance area
- Bench to sit on\store items
- Chest of drawers for keys & co.
- Access to the utility room directly through the hallway including back entrance (dirt/work clothes etc.)
- Instead of the staircase to the attic a 240 cm wide closet

*Ideas for south side design wanted
*Ideas for bathroom layout wanted

In my "cold roof" the temperature in summer is unbearably high, many things that could still be exposed to the cold without any problems I would no longer store there. My skis along with ski boots, for example, or the sled. You can only store things that are neither sensitive to cold nor heat nor moisture. No paper, no plastics,... there really isn't much left! Up there I have the leftover tiles, remnants of wallpaper and floor coverings. That's it. The Christmas decoration can still go up... and otherwise? I can't think of anything. If so, then please be consistent: insulate the roof, then it will also be properly usable.

I'm not a bungalow expert, but what an oppressive, uninviting entrance area. The end of the hallway leads into an even narrower and also dark corridor - you just want to get out of the house again right away. Also: - HAR connections would have to be routed all around the house (this will probably be the sticking point that puts the design into filing cabinet P), - closet in the bedroom too small, - chill-out corner offers no peace, as it is a passage area, - kitchen is as far away from the front door as possible.

The HAR / utility room is almost square. That might be nice, but for technical rooms you mainly need walls. The space in the middle is difficult to use. As you may have noticed yourself, you get relatively little usable area compared to the total area. Unless you place the cabinets in the middle of the room. That in turn would be very quirky. If you can get everything in there, okay - but in view of the missing storage space, I find it a luxury you can't really afford.

I would be interested in the groundbreaking record for offer savings for the "non-corner bungalow" price. Is it worth the above frogs, and can it even be exploited given the expected additional costs for the lines?

Nonsense. It works. What do you notice? The staircase has now disappeared. Attic storage space thus given up. ok. That's how it is now. Basic decision. Wastewater all to one side, good. Saves money. One could now also accommodate a utility sink in the laundry room. Hallway needs light. Plan 5 spotlights in the drywall ceiling. Choose glazed front door. Kitchen: No counter. U-shape. Stove under the window. There please then a [Schwedisches], which opens outward. Done, exhaust hood saved. All rooms big enough, why an L?

Nonsense who or what?
I think it’s nice that you find your house so incomparably optimal, but it’s only that for you! Even if you’re already in an advanced semester of studying, you need to file that away now!

With 2 children and an area of 17x9.5m, the roof size is probably different from yours, and the requirements for the house are also different. It is also more difficult with 2 children to find the time and energy to insulate this mega roof yourself just like that. Therefore, nonsense from you.

Oh yeah? A 2m wardrobe is enough for everything? That wouldn’t even be enough clothes for one person in my case.
There is now the trend to manage with as few clothes as possible – 16 pieces for everything or something like that. But you have to be into that. I would already not keep up out of laziness, constantly washing.

Where are bed linen, towels, blankets, suitcases, winter jackets, scarves, hats, gloves, sports bags, etc. stored? All in the utility room? Are there also buckets, vacuum cleaner, tools, cleaning agents, brooms, and similar there? That will be interesting. In the end, the cabinets will still stand in the middle of the room.
